English is a world wide spoken language. As we know language is the means of communication but English is more than a means of communication; it is a job oriented language also. The ELT helps the students in enabling in the effective use of the language for the individual needs, and for the international and the professional appearances. |

The place of the English language in the history is as a “global language” is a fact that every trainee should keep in mind before starting the coaching. The training of the language would be given on the basis of the students need. For that the students should know the different types of ESOL programs available. |

The coaching will be systematically planned by the ELT and through this students would be able to converse in English with ease, to negotiate and to be aware of cultural differences. After the introduction ESL teachers specialize in teaching students whose native language is not English. They help their students become fluent in English using a variety of teaching techniques. They begin by teaching the basics of English and move on to more advanced areas when the students show they are ready. They typically begin with the alphabet and then move on to grammar. They use a lot of demonstrations, repetition, pictures, and other techniques to help students understand English and learn to speak it and read it. ESL teachers also provide recommendations for the home environment to provide students with many opportunities to speak English. They encourage parents of elementary age children to take English classes as well. |

All the aspects will be trained very carefully, as it plays a vital role in the proper usage and functioning of the language. For the better and easy usage of the language, the students will be provided with lots of work regarding reading, writing and speaking. This is the duty of the ELT to provide the opportunities and this can be done through conducting tests, giving assignment works, conducting seminars / debates, and also by asking the students for report writing on specific topics etc. |

These methods will help the students to use the language effectively and thus automatically increase a passion for the language, as well. These practicing will also help the ELT to find out the mistakes and the weak areas of the each student and thus providing them with more work and training in the specified areas |

There are coaching centers appointed by CUE ENGLISH, who would give full concentration for the development of the language use. |
